During the third meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Eurasian Network University, the participants decided to include 4 universities in the ESU: the Caspian University and Almaty Management University (Kazakhstan), as well as the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman and Moscow State Technological University “Stankin” (Russia).
The event was attended by the Minister for Integration and Macroeconomics of the Eurasian Economic Commission Sergey Glazyev as part of the Eurasian Business Forum “Integration”. During the meeting, the experts also approved the Regulations on the Coordinating Council of the Eurasian Network University, which will further help determine the strategy and tactics for the development of the network university. The council will include representatives from each university that signed the Memorandum on the ESU Creation. At the moment, 19 higher educational institutions are included in the scientific and educational consortium.
– Training of highly qualified personnel is a necessary condition for the innovative development of the EAEU. One of the tasks facing the Eurasian Network University is the convergence of educational programs in those specialties that are most in demand in the single economic space, – Sergey Glazyev noted.
